The basic steps of the electromechanical assembly process at DEICO are as follows.

Integration of Electrical Components: It is the assembly of electrical components, circuit boards, sensors, motors and other electrical parts required to fulfill the electrical function of the device.

Integration of Mechanical Components: It is the assembly of mechanical parts, cases, cabins, gears and other mechanical elements in order to ensure the durability and physical structure of the product.

Wiring: It is the installation of cables required for electrical connection and communication.

Soldering and Connection Processes: Soldering and other necessary methods are used to ensure reliable connections between electrical components.

Testing and Quality Control: All necessary tests, including pin to pin testing, are performed on the product and it is passed through the quality control process.

Electromechanical assembly is carried out by certified experts in this field in accordance with IPC-A-610 , IPC-WHMA-A-620, and IPC-J-STD-001.
